One Word
The project consisted of creating a social awareness campaign and the topic I chose was sexual assault. I worked with three other designers to create a campaign regarding the one thing someone needed to perform sexual activities: consent. Our project featured testimonies from real sexual assault victims. I created the One Word logo and projected it onto a whiteboard to photograph subjects in front of it. This created a way to hide the identities of the subjects as they were models for the project, not real survivors and assailants. Additionally, I created an icon set that was used both on for website and app designs. The photographs were used for a poster series as well as the main images for the website.
